history After developing large numbers of feedback systems for many blue chip clients, one factor stood out above all others: simplicity works. The more complex systems became, the more difficult it seemed to make the improvements needed. Free Range People, the founders of softFM, are specialists in designing feedback systems for the government, retail, catering, healthcare & defense sectors. Our mantra is "Make it simple. Make it fast. Make it scalable." There wasn't such a system in the soft FM market. So, Free Range People made one - softFM.co.uk. Inspired by the apparent simplicity of Google, softFM was created to make effective soft facilities improvement simple. So whilst the system's complexity is hidden behind the scenes, to the user everything is simple and intuitive (making it more likely to work).
